There are several ways to request help, nominate someone, sponsor a learning resource, or offer services. Every request is reviewed privately and public recognition requires permission.
FAMILY PATHWAY
Request learning support
Parents, guardians, and authorized adult caregivers can privately describe a learning, AAC, visual, or sensory resource that would help. Requesting support is free, and no purchase is necessary.

Know a family that might benefit? Send a nomination. The family must be contacted privately and consent before personal information is used for any review or public feature.

Individuals and businesses can make a support purchase or offer learning supplies. An offer form is not a payment. Sponsorship begins only when payment or delivery is confirmed.

Apply to serve families
Educators, local learning partners, sports and arts providers, and field-trip businesses can apply for manual review. Applying does not mean automatic approval, listing, or ESA eligibility.

- Private intake: Luminara receives the family's request or nomination without making it public.
- Consent & scope: An authorized adult, appropriate age and safety fit, urgency, and availability are checked.
- Owner approval: Only the Luminara owner or an authorized reviewer marks a request approved, waitlisted, declined, or in need of more information.
- Confirmed funding: Sponsor offers and actual purchases are tracked separately. A gift is never called funded before it is.
- Fulfillment: Luminara arranges eligible supplies/digital access, records order details privately, and confirms delivery when possible.
- Closeout: Families receive an update. Sponsor recognition and any public need spotlight use only material adults explicitly authorized.
Privacy: No public page will disclose a child's full name, diagnosis, medical or educational records, address, funding information, or unapproved photo. You do not need to consent to public recognition to request support.
Important: Luminara Prep is a business, not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Support purchases are not advertised as tax-deductible charitable donations. Support is subject to resources and approval; Arizona ESA/ClassWallet purchasing follows a separate process.
