DIGITAL DELIVERY — NO SHIPPING

Luminara Prep’s current Founding Level product is digital only. No printed book, sensory product, physical kit, or other item is shipped. No shipping fee should be charged.

After Shopify confirms successful payment, the customer receives access by email. The secure download may also appear on the Thank You and Order Status pages.

The Digital Family Library is delivered as one ZIP file of approximately 171 MB. Customers should use a stable internet connection, allow sufficient device storage, save the ZIP, extract it, and then open the included PDF and text files.

Each order currently permits up to five download attempts.

If the delivery email does not arrive, check spam, junk, and promotions folders. For help, email luminaraprep@gmail.com with the purchaser’s name and order number. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or medical, therapy, or school records.

If a shipping charge appears for this digital product, stop checkout and contact us before paying.

Future printed books, sensory products, kits, or gear—if offered later—will have separate listings, prices, fulfillment terms, and shipping policies.
