These Terms of Service apply to purchases from Luminara Prep. By placing an order, downloading a file, or using a purchased resource, you agree to these terms.

DIGITAL PRODUCT

The First Roots, First Words Digital Family Library is a digital educational product for adult-supported learning with children ages 2–3. No printed book, sensory product, physical kit, subscription, live instruction, original audio, video course, or other physical item is included or shipped.

The library is delivered as one ZIP file of approximately 171 MB. The purchaser is responsible for using a compatible device, maintaining sufficient storage, downloading the ZIP through a stable internet connection, extracting the ZIP, and opening standard PDF and text files.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

The price and applicable taxes are displayed before checkout. Access is provided only after successful payment confirmation.

The download link is sent to the email address used at checkout and may also appear on the Thank You and Order Status pages. Each order currently permits up to five download attempts. Contact luminaraprep@gmail.com if a qualifying purchaser experiences an access problem.

HOUSEHOLD LICENSE

A purchase grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal educational use by one household.

The files may be printed and used by members of that household. They may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, shared with another household, copied into another product, used to train artificial-intelligence systems, or used by a school, classroom, clinic, childcare center, tutor, business, or organization without separate written permission.

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE

These resources support parent- or caregiver-led learning. They are not medical, feeding, speech-language, occupational-therapy, psychological, legal, or financial advice. They do not diagnose, prevent, or treat any condition.

Adult supervision is required. The caregiver is responsible for deciding whether an activity or ordinary household material is appropriate for the individual child and for following applicable warnings and qualified professional guidance.

FUNDING AND REIMBURSEMENT

Luminara Prep and this product are not universally approved, certified, endorsed, or guaranteed for payment or reimbursement by any education savings account, scholarship program, state agency, school, ClassWallet, employer, or other administrator.

Eligibility and reimbursement are determined solely by the applicable program under its current rules. Buyers should verify eligibility before purchase.

REFUNDS AND ACCESS PROBLEMS

Digital purchases are governed by the published Return and Refund Policy. Orders are generally final after access is delivered, except for qualifying duplicate charges, missing or corrupted files, an access problem we cannot correct, materially misdescribed content, or rights required by law.

Contact luminaraprep@gmail.com within 14 calendar days and include the purchaser’s name and order number. Do not email payment-card numbers, passwords, verification codes, identity documents, medical records, therapy records, or school records.
