Current status
Luminara Prep is active for Arizona ESA ClassWallet DirectPay.
Arizona ESA curriculum vendor approval and ClassWallet DirectPay setup are complete. Luminara Prep is ready to issue unpaid itemized invoices for ESA families to submit through their own ClassWallet accounts. Regular Shopify checkout remains separate from the DirectPay invoice workflow.

What you can do now
- Choose current learning resources. Start with the Arizona ESA Learning Resources collection.
- Save the product links and quantities you want included on the invoice.
- Request an itemized ESA invoice. We will prepare an unpaid invoice for submission through your own ClassWallet account.
- Use the Documentation Center when a curriculum connection, educational purpose, or supplemental-material explanation is needed.
- Wait for approval and payment confirmation before digital release or physical fulfillment of an ESA order.
ClassWallet fee is shown on your ESA invoice
ClassWallet’s Arizona ESA Vendor Pay/DirectPay guidance lists a 2% processing fee. Luminara Prep calculates and separately itemizes that fee on the ESA invoice so it is clear to the family.
Submit to ClassWallet only the exact total shown on your Luminara Prep invoice. This ESA fee policy does not apply to ordinary non-ESA Shopify checkout.

Include the parent/account-holder name, contact email, student name exactly as it should appear on the invoice, product links, and quantities. Do not send ESA login information, account numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, payment-card details, or passwords.

Your ESA/ClassWallet account stays under your control
The ESA account holder submits the unpaid invoice and any required supporting documentation through the account holder's own ClassWallet account. Luminara Prep will never ask for or access your ESA/ClassWallet password, login credentials, payment-card information, or other account-access information.
Approval reminder: An invoice request is not an ADE/ClassWallet approval or a completed ESA purchase. Final purchase eligibility is determined by ADE/ClassWallet.
