Luminara Prep is an independent educational publisher and online retailer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Arizona Department of Education or ClassWallet. Funding eligibility, vendor activation, and payment authorization are determined by the applicable program administrators.

Digital products

Digital curriculum and downloadable resources do not require shipping. Access is provided after successful payment confirmation through the email address used at checkout and may also appear on the Thank You or Order Status page.

Digital orders are generally final after access has been delivered because the files are reproducible. Contact us within 14 calendar days for a duplicate charge, a promised file that is missing, corrupted, or materially different from its listing, or an access problem we cannot correct.

Physical products and shipping

Luminara Prep also offers selected physical course supplies, learning tools, sensory products, kits, and merchandise. These items may be fulfilled by approved partner suppliers, may ship separately, and may arrive on different dates. Shipping options, charges, and estimated timing are shown on the product listing or during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery for a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item and include the order number plus clear photos when applicable.

Physical returns

Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return for an eligible physical item. Do not send an item back until return instructions are provided. Eligible items must generally be unused, unopened, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Item-specific return limits on the listing also apply.

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or the error was ours.

Items generally not returnable

• digital products after access, except for qualifying delivery or description problems;
• gift cards, cash-support contributions, sponsorship purchases, and donated-support amounts;
• opened oral-sensory, teething, hygiene, or other personal-use products;
• used, assembled, altered, or customer-damaged products; and
• items identified as final sale or nonreturnable on the product listing.

If a generally nonreturnable item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so the fulfillment problem can be reviewed.

Cancellations

A physical-product order may be cancelled only if the request is received before fulfillment begins. Partner-fulfilled orders can enter processing quickly, so cancellation is not guaranteed. Digital orders cannot be cancelled after access has been delivered.

Program-funded orders

Returns or refunds involving a scholarship, school, employer, or other funding administrator follow that program’s rules. Arizona ESA overpayments or payments received in error must be returned to the Arizona Department of Education under its vendor instructions, not paid or rebated to a parent or student. Contact us so we can review the order and follow the proper refund procedure.

Cash support, sponsorships, family-support gift cards, and general donation activity are separate from the Arizona ESA Learning Resources collection and are not presented as curriculum purchases.

Educational and safety notice

Luminara Prep resources support parent- or caregiver-led learning. They are not medical, feeding, speech-language, occupational-therapy, psychological, legal, or financial advice and do not diagnose, prevent, or treat any condition. Adult supervision is required. Caregivers are responsible for reviewing age guidance, materials, manufacturer warnings, assembly instructions, hazards, and individual suitability.

Digital license and intellectual property

Unless a listing states otherwise, a digital purchase grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal educational use by one household. Files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, shared with another household, copied into another product, used to train artificial-intelligence systems, or used by an organization without separate written permission.
