Refund policy

DIGITAL PURCHASES

Luminara Prep’s current Founding Level product is delivered digitally. No printed book, sensory product, physical kit, or other item is shipped.

Because digital purchases provide access to reproducible files, completed orders are generally final once access has been delivered. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Email luminaraprep@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of purchase if:

• the same order was charged more than once;
• a file promised in the product listing is missing, corrupted, or materially different from its description;
• a technical problem prevents access and we cannot provide a working replacement; or
• applicable law provides an additional refund or cancellation right.

Please include the purchaser’s name and order number. Do not email payment-card numbers, passwords, verification codes, identity documents, medical records, therapy records, or school records.

HOW WE RESOLVE PROBLEMS

We may first resend the secure download, replace a damaged file, or provide reasonable access assistance. If we cannot correct a qualifying problem, we may issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Changing your mind after delivery, purchasing the wrong age level despite the listing information, printer differences, insufficient device storage, incompatible personal software, or failing to review the stated digital requirements does not automatically qualify for a refund.

PROGRAM-FUNDED ORDERS

Any refund involving an education savings account, scholarship, school, employer, ClassWallet, or other funding administrator must follow that program’s rules. Approved funds are returned through the required original-payment or administrator process and are not redirected as cash to another person.

DOWNLOADS AND LICENSE

The purchase includes only the files and one-household family license identified on the product page and inside the download. Files may not be resold, redistributed, publicly posted, or shared outside the licensed household.
